12-yard dumpster

Dimensions: 12 ft × 7 ft × 3 ft. A practical choice for small household cleanouts, compact renovation debris and approved heavy materials. One ton is included in standard pricing.

15-yard dumpster

Dimensions: 12 ft × 7 ft × 5 ft. Suited to larger room cleanouts, roofing projects and approved dirt or concrete. Standard pricing includes 1.5 tons.

20-yard dumpster

Dimensions: 14 ft × 7 ft × 5.5 ft. Our versatile mid-size option for remodels, moving cleanouts and mixed household debris. Two tons are included.

25-yard dumpster

Dimensions: 16 ft × 7 ft × 5.5 ft. Best for estate cleanouts, bulky furniture and larger renovation projects. Standard pricing includes 2.5 tons.

30-yard dumpster

Dimensions: 22 ft × 8 ft × 6 ft. Built for major cleanouts, construction debris and high-volume projects. Three tons are included.

Important heavy-material rule

Dirt, concrete and shingles require approval and may only be loaded into our 12- or 15-yard dumpsters. Heavy material should never be mixed into a larger container without written approval.

Common questions

Is it better to choose a larger dumpster?

A slightly larger container can prevent an additional haul, but the best choice depends on debris type, weight and available placement space—not volume alone.

Can you load everything for me?

Yes. If you do not want to load a rental yourself, full-service junk removal may be the better option.
